Maximising ticket sales is the hardest part of any events business.

I have been a festival promoter, so I know what it means to watch a refreshing sales report on line-up release day, or know when to push the button on price increases.

I have developed a number of key strategies that can help simplify a sales structure, allowing everyone to focus on the core objective - sell more tickets.

There are a number of marketing based agency services that design strategies (tiered tickets, on-sale sign ups, 'Sold Out" campaigns) but many lack the technical knowledge to link campaigns directly to ticketing infrastructure.

I can act as a bridge, making sure that all campaigns drive forward and ensure the set up of your ticketing platform facilitates this.


My approach is to not over-promise 'more ticket sales' - but to help you develop a campaign that gives clear indicators to sales performance and maximise conversion.
